Long-Term Property Management

We provide Responsive Service to Owners and Tenants alike. The Owners’ property is a big investment where we are entrusted with their Interests. Besides caring for the house, we collect rent and pass to the Owner in an expedient manner. It’s a fact; Tenants Have a Choice in where they live. We maintain all the properties under our care in excellent condition and quickly address repair issues.

RESPONSIVE SERVICE: A human voice on a line, Quick return phone calls, and Quick replies to emails are all measures we use to define Responsive Service. Responsive Service also means talking to a qualified person at the other end that can assist you as needed. We pride ourselves on our responsiveness and skill level because we expect no less in our dealings with others.

INTERESTS: Property Owners must pay mortgages, property taxes, HOA dues, and various other expenses for their property. Garnering proper rent and receiving that rent in a timely manner are major concerns of every property owner. Another is the care of the property itself. We recognize these concerns and work hard to not only meet Owner expectations, but exceed them. We can provide Owner endorsements upon request as testament to our dedicated service.

TENANTS HAVE A CHOICE: Tenants have a choice in rental accommodations. We show prospective tenants our houses in addition to other rental houses in the market. We see our competition first hand and we know the tenants do have choices. We maintain and present all of our houses in a manner consistent with Tenant expectations. Whether we or another REALTOR® shows the house, it will be in its best light to attract that tenant.

There are many aspects to managing a house properly and we address each and every one of them. Sure, there are problems at times, but we are proactive and address the problems quickly to resolve the issues in a timely manner consistent with the Owners’ interests. No one can look after your house like you would, but we strive to meet and exceed your expectations as your representative in your absence. We’re here to serve.
